TERMS OF USE

Please read the terms of membership before signing up for the MailBling.com program. Violation of any of these terms may lead to account cancellation or legal action.

  • No purchase necessary: MailBling.com will never demand money from their members.

  • Release: By entering MailBling.com, members agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless MailBling.com, their affiliates, their respective shareholders, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in the MailBling.com program or out of the acceptance, use or misuse of prizes. By participating, you agree to these terms and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions shall be deemed final and binding.

  • One Account per Member: Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If we find duplicate accounts, all of the accounts will be deleted. If a member unintentionally creates multiple accounts, they must contact MailBling.com within 48 hours.

  • Spamming is prohibited: If a member is caught spamming, their account may be immediately deleted. MailBling.com suggests employing a website, handing out business cards or contacting acquaintances as ways to accumulate referrals. We DO NOT allow spamming under any circumstances. To report a spamming member, please contact us.

  • Fraud: If a member is found to have cheated the program in any way, their account may be deleted. MailBling.com has instituted multiple ways to track cheaters and they will be dealt with accordingly when caught.

  • Valid Information: Entering erroneous information is terms for cancellation. Members must enter valid information.

  • Valid Accounts: You must be active within the last 30 days to keep your account.

  • Subject to Change: We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notification. However, we will provide a pertinent link if there are any major changes.
